杨小平，唐山一中高级教师，唐山市骨干教师。自2001年参加工作以来，始终坚持教研结合，主持国家级子课题两项，作为主研人员参与两项国家级重点资助主课题和四项省级规划课题的研究工作，三项课题成果荣获河北省教学成果二等奖两次和三等奖一次。十余篇论文在国家级和省级报刊发表，数十篇论文在国家级和省级的论文评比中获一、二等奖，参编论著十余部，连续八年被学校评为“科研先进个人”。
一直致力于青少年科技创新活动，所指导的学生获国际青少年创新设计大赛、全国“明天小小科学家” 、全国青少年科技创新大赛、全国宋庆龄少年儿童发明奖、全国中学生水科技发明金银铜奖，数十名学生获河北省青少年科技创新大赛金奖。2011至2013连续三年被唐山市政府授予 “优秀科技辅导教师”称号，2014至2019连续六年被授予“国际青少年创新设计大赛优秀辅导教师”称号，2015-2020四次被唐山市科协、市教育局、市科技局和团市委授予 “优秀科技教师”称号，2016-2020连续五年被授予河北省少年儿童发明奖优秀辅导教师称号。
作为唐山一中科技创新活动具体负责人，学校在科技创新领域取得突出成绩：10名学生获国际青少年创新设计大赛金奖，10名学生获国际青少年创新设计大赛银奖，10余项作品获得青少年创新大赛的全国金奖或银奖，7名学生在“明天小小科学家”奖励活动中获奖。583项作品获河北省青少年科技创新大赛一等奖，30名学生获“唐山市青少年科技创新市长奖”， 66名学生获“唐山市青少年科技创新标兵”！学校被中国科协授予“先进基层组织单位”，连续被省青少年科技活动领导小组授予“优秀组织奖”。 2015年和2018年被中国科协评为全国“科技教育创新优秀学校”， 2017年被评为全国“宋庆龄少年儿童科技发明示范基地”， 2018年4月被授予2014-2018国际青少年创新设计大赛五周年“卓越组织奖”。
Xiaoping,Yang, One of Senior teachers of Tangshan NO.1 High School and Key Teachers in Tangshan City, has always attached great importance to the combination of teaching and research. Since he began to work in Tangshan NO.1 High School, he has presided over two national sub projects, and participated in the research work of two main projects funded by the nation and four provincial projects as principal researchers. Three of his project achievements have won provincial second prize twice and third prize once. More than ten of his papers have been published in national and provincial newspapers and magazines. Dozens of his papers have won the first or second prizes in the national and provincial paper evaluation. Besides, he has participated in the compilation of more than ten papers. What’s more, he has been rated as “advanced scientific research individual” for eight consecutive years by the school he worked in.
Mr. Yang has devoted himself to the science and technology innovation activities for youth for many years. Under his guidance, his students have won gold, silver or bronze medals in a variety of competitions, including the International Youth Innovation Design Competition, the National “Future Little Scientists”, National Science and Technology Innovation Competition for Youth, National Song Qingling Children’s Invention Award, and National Middle School Students’ Science and Technology Invention. Also under his guidance, dozens of students have won the gold medal of Hebei Province Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition. Due to his outstanding achievements, Mr Yang was awarded the title of “excellent science and technology tutor” by Tangshan Municipal Government for three consecutive years (2011-2013) as well as the title of “excellent tutor of International Youth Innovation Design Competition” for six consecutive years (2014-2019). In addition, he was also was awarded the title of “excellent science and technology teacher” four times (2015-2020) by Tangshan science and Technology Association, Tangshan Education Bureau, Tangshan Science and Technology Bureau and Youth League Municipal Committee and the title of “excellent tutor of Hebei children’s Invention Award” for five consecutive years (2016-2020).
Tangshan No.1 High School has made outstanding achievements in the field of scientific and technological innovation with Mr. Yang as the specific person in charge of scientific and technological innovation activities: 10 students won the Gold Award and 10 students the silver award in the International Youth Innovation Design Competition; more than 10 works won the national gold or silver award in the youth innovation competition; 7 students won prizes in the “Future Little Scientists” competition; 583 students’ works won the first prize of Hebei Province Youth Science and technology innovation competition; 30 students won “Tangshan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Mayor Award”; 66 students won “Tangshan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Pacesetter”. Besides, the school has been awarded “Advanced Grassroots Organization Unit" by China Association for science and technology, and given “Excellent Organization Award” by Provincial Youth Science and Technology leading group. In addition, in 2015 and 2018, the school was awarded the national “outstanding school of science and technology education innovation” by the China Association for science and technology, and the national “Song Qingling children’s scientific and technological invention demonstration base” in 2017. Besides, in April 2018, Tangshan No.1 High School was awarded the “excellent organization award” for the fifth anniversary of the 2014-2018 International Youth Innovation Design Competition.
